Scaffolding Labourer

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Scaffolding Labourer to join our busy scaffolding team. The role will involve assisting our scaffolders with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, loading and unloading materials and carrying out general labouring duties as required. The successful applicant must: Be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes. Hold a full, valid driving licence.

Be able to drive the company vehicle as required. Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at height. Be reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team. Have a good work ethic and a positive attitude.

Previous scaffolding or labouring experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person. Benefits Weekly attendance bonus. 20 days paid holiday & 9 days paid public holidays (late May public holiday is not provided). 7 annual holidays off over Christmas & New Year (plus 3 public holidays). TT Race Week off ( 4 annual holidays, plus 1 public holiday). Salary: To be confirmed.

This is a hands-on role within a friendly and hardworking team, with opportunities to learn and develop scaffolding skills.
