Practice Nurse

Southern Group Practice is a busy GP Practice and we are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position, however, part-time would be considered. Ideally you will hold diplomas in Diabetes, Asthma/COPD management and Women's Health, with the skills to deliver all other treatment room duties. Although primary care experience is desirable we would consider experienced nurses who are keen to pursue a career in practice nursing.

We would be willing to invest in the right candidate to train in chronic disease management once established in the role. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Practice Nurse who enjoy patient contact, is a good communicator and is comfortable with technology. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. A DBS check will be required for this role.
