Radiology Support Worker - Band 3 (96594)

The States of Guernsey are looking for a Radiology Support Worker.

This role play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their diagnostic and interventional imaging journey. As a Radiology Support Worker, you will work across a range of specialist services including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology, providing compassionate care and practical support to patients while working closely with radiographers, radiologists, nurses and sonographers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring, motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will help ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care, assist with monitoring and supporting patients during procedures, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, good literacy, numeracy and IT skills, and a commitment to delivering care in line with HSC's CARE Values. The successful candidate will be supported to complete the Band 3 Competency Pathway and undertake further development opportunities, including extended-role training.

Annual Bonus: Staff who are in post on 31 January will receive a lump sum payment every February.
