Maintaining a clean and uncluttered workspace, cleaning ovens, work surfaces and environment, loading dishwasher Open the Deli Counter in the morning Stock control ordering and replenishing items within your work space Monitor and replenish sold out items Maintaining the highest levels of food and personal hygiene possible at all times Packaging and arranging Hot & Cold goods for shop opening Cook deli hot food (such as Chickens, Ribs, Wedges, Fries and Onion Rings) Perform date and temperature checks on products Use of Deli equipment (such as ovens, Cheese, Meat Slicer) Assist the Butchery Dept as required Must be over the age of 18 years due to equipment being used
