The FNHC Rapid Response and Reablement service provides nursing and therapist support within a community setting; in the islander’s home, place of residence or clinical setting. This service is available to any individual with a clinical need that the team can support with a short term intervention.
We are looking for an exceptional person to lead our professional team. Essentially you will be a Registered Nurse, educated to Degree Level 6 with 3 years relevant practice and proven supervisory/assessor experience. You will be working towards or willing to work towards a Master's Level 7 in a health-related qualification e.g. Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) and Independent Prescribing award V300
