Main responsibilities include; - Opening & Closing Store - opening till & closing / reconciling till at the end of each day - Management of Sales assistant and temporary staff - Customer Service - Greeting and assisting customers - Processing sales on Epos till and taking payment - requires good attention to detail and accuracy - Replenishment - Collecting replacement stock from stock rooms, pricing stock and re-display - requires good level of fitness as stock rooms are on floors 2 & 3 with stair access only. - Order receipt - checking off stock on receipt - requires good attention and accuracy.
