Job Description

At Sofitel Bahrain, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms and public areas.

Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and bathrooms Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors Assist with laundry duties as needed Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures
