Restaurant Supervisor

Smoky Sam’s BBQ is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about great food, excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for both our customers and our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant and helping to make sure every customer has a fantastic experience. You’ll be responsible for supervising the team during shifts, ensuring the restaurant is running smoothly and maintaining our high standards of service, cleanliness and food quality.

You’ll lead by example, support and motivate team members, and help create a friendly and welcoming environment. The ideal person will have previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality or supervisory role, although we’re also happy to consider someone with the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn. You’ll need to be confident communicating with both customers and staff, able to stay calm and organised during busy periods, and comfortable taking responsibility when required. You’ll help with opening and closing the restaurant, managing shifts, supporting the team during busy services, dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues professionally.

You’ll also work closely with management to ensure company standards and procedures are followed. We believe our team is just as important as the food we serve.
