Assistant Retail Manager & Web / Admin Support

Looking for a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same? This position offers an engaging mixture of retail leadership and administrative support. You will lead our retail team on the shop floor, work with management on business growth, and keep our back-office e-commerce operations running smoothly. • Retail & Staff Leadership: Manage full-time, temporary, and Saturday staff, build shift rotas, deliver training, and conduct reviews. Serve customers and maintain store presentation. • Stock & Strategy: Oversee stock ordering and inventory. Collaborate closely with management on visual merchandising, new product development, and marketing campaigns. • Admin & E-Commerce: Print, process, and delicately pack online orders. Handle customer service (email, phone, live chat), perform basic website updates, and manage social media posts.
