Online Admin & Customer Support: Print/process online orders, complete shipping docs, and handle customer queries via email, phone, and website chat.
Focus purely on order admin during major trade periods (Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Easter). Hands-on with order packing, stock checks, retail shop support during quieter times.
Growth Opportunities: Scope to develop skills in website updates, social media, email newsletters and designing ad campaigns (training provided).
Computer literate & detail-oriented.
Flexible team player happy switching between computer admin, packing, and shop-floor customer service.
