Medical Receptionist – Private Medical & Aesthetic Clinic

We are looking for a warm, professional and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our friendly private clinic in Jersey.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a welcoming, discreet and exceptional level of service. The role includes managing appointments, answering calls and enquiries, patient administration, payments and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

We are looking for someone who is personable, reliable and confident, with excellent communication skills and a naturally professional manner. Previous medical or private healthcare experience is desirable, but above all we value kindness, discretion, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to patient care.
