House Keeper

Key Responsibilities

· Clean and prepare guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard.

· Change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies as required.

· Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.

· Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, showers, and other facilities.

· Replenish toiletries, refreshments, and other guest amenities.

· Check rooms for cleanliness, damage, and missing items before guests arrive.

· Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property to the appropriate department.

· Follow hotel cleaning procedures, health and safety guidelines, and COSHH requirements.

· Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.

· Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.

· Work efficiently to meet daily room-cleaning targets and hotel standards.

· Assist with laundry duties and other housekeeping tasks when required.

· Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

· Work effectively as part of the housekeeping team and support colleagues when needed.
