A fantastic opportunity to work for an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation, within our new & exciting Maison des Amis nursing unit.
Working within a small but busy unit with 5 rooms providing clinical leadership of nursing tasks for adults with learning disabilities and/or associated conditions, including responsibility for clinical standards, budget & resource oversight & the development & implementation of evidence based nursing practice. Accountable for the effective management of the nursing & clinical staff team. Ensuring delivery of safe, person centred nursing care to residents/service users.
The position is 37.5hrs p/w & requires shift work, weekends & on call duties. Salary Grade 5 Essential; Registered Nurse with current NMC registration Knowledge of learning disability and/or complex care Contact Les Amis via email for more information.
