We are seeking candidates who: - Take responsibility and ownership of their work - Take pride in what they do and maintain high standards - Have a strong ethic and positive attitude - Support and respect the Head Chef and the wider team - Can work independently and use their initiative when required - Understand the importance of consistency, quality, hygiene and organisation - Are willing to step up, help others and take responsibility when needed - At senior level, can support the Head Chef and maintain the Kitchen's standards in their absence
