Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities & Accountability: Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions accurately in the ERP system. Reconciliations: Perform bank, vendor and general ledger account reconciliations under supervision. Invoice Processing: Verify, code and process supplier and vendor invoices for payment. Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized, complete and audit-ready financial documentation. Month-End Close Support: Assist with journal entries, accruals and closing schedules. Reporting Support: Prepare basic reports and extract data to support the wider finance team.
