HR Manager

LV Group are looking for a HR Manager to join the team & to manage an efficient & confidential HR service to the managers & employees of the Group in the various jurisdictions it operates.

Key Responsibilities include:- - To manage the HR team to effectively carry out an efficient & confidential service to management & employees of the group. - Advising managers on selection & recruitment issues, including creation of job descriptions, safe selection process, person specifications, completing grading process & interview panel participation. - To manage & ensure safe recruitment processes for candidates within the group in line with policies & procedures & employment laws.
