Handyperson - Guernsey

JOB SUMMARY: The role will cover in-house maintenance, along with new works, upgrading and building projects. The post holder will assist the various groups of tradesmen to carry out these duties as directed and will act as relief driver for various services including the Clinical Waste Collection Service. The base for the post is the Princess Elizabeth Hospital however; there will be occasions when the post holder will be based at other States of Guernsey sites to enable him/her to carry out their duties. The post holder will play a key role in the water and asbestos management regime. All Property, Technical & Facilities Management Team members, may be required to work from, or at, any State property and may be cross deployed, should the need arise.
