Front of house

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Front of House Bar Team Member to join the team at Kitty O’Sheas.

Kitty’s is a busy, fast-paced Irish bar, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can keep their cool when the bar gets busy and, most importantly, is a great team player. You’ll be responsible for helping us deliver a great experience to every customer, including: * Serving drinks efficiently and with a smile * Providing excellent customer service * Taking payments and operating the till * Keeping the bar and customer areas clean, tidy and well stocked * Collecting glasses and helping maintain the floor * Restocking fridges and bar supplies * Working closely with the rest of the team during busy periods * Following licensing, health & safety and company procedures * Helping create the friendly, welcoming atmosphere
