Civil Project Manager

Lead multi-disciplinary civil project teams and manage complex construction portfolios. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Direct cost control, budget management, value engineering, and scheduling. Negotiate and manage procurement processes, contracts, and vendor performance.

Ensure civil designs and construction adhere to technical specifications and quality standards. Manage variation claims and project finance. Ensure all civil engineering works comply with environmental (HSE) standards and local Kenyan regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.
