Assistant Manager, Risk & Compliance

This role is to assist with managing and implementing compliance activities in the Isle of Man for the licensed entities while working alongside the Head of Compliance. The position operates within a hybrid workplace structure, allowing for flexibility in working arrangements. The successful candidate will be required to produce management information in a timely manner and undertake evaluations of internet research and screening outputs. Furthermore, responsibilities include compliance monitoring for the licensed entities in the Isle of Man, with a focus on the Employer Solutions entity.

The Assistant Manager will also provide ongoing mentoring and support to less experienced team members and collaborate with senior management across different offices serviced by the Centralised Risk Functions Team. They will be tasked with providing solutions, ensuring that management is kept informed of progress, and assisting with oversight and management projects while maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships. Other duties may be assigned as necessary by management, and adherence to compliance policies and continuing professional development requirements is expected.
