Deliver a range of therapeutic massage and spa treatments to guests, utilising appropriate techniques and modalities to address individual needs and preferences • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health concerns, lifestyle factors, and wellness objectives • Maintain meticulous records of client treatments, progress, and any special requirements or contraindications Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and professional conduct within the spa centre at all times • Create a calm, welcoming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and wellbeing for all guests • Manage time effectively to ensure treatments commence and conclude punctually, whilst maintaining unhurried, attentive service Collaborate with colleagues and other wellness professionals to provide holistic guest experiences • Recommend appropriate spa packages, treatments, and wellness products based on client needs • Maintain knowledge of current spa trends, wellness practices, and therapeutic techniques through continuous professional development • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as organisational policies and procedures
