The Service Delivery Coordinator sits within the Helpdesk operation and is responsible for supporting the consistent delivery of high-quality FM services across our customer portfolio. The role operates at the centre of day-to-day service delivery activity, working closely with Cleaning and Engineering Managers, operational teams, and approved contractors to support the effective planning, coordination, and administration of both planned and reactive works.
The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering planned works, maintenance, and reactive call-out services. The role ensures that operational activity is effectively planned, resourced, and communicated to the Cleaning and Engineering Managers, operational teams, and approved contractors to meet all contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
