Job Description

Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well-presented at all times. Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross. Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials. Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges. Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required. Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
