Silver Springs Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Registered Nurse to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Reporting to the Deputy/Registered Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing the care provided by our Health Care Assistants.
Key Responsibilities include:- - Assessing, planning & evaluating care needs or the provision of care - To oversee & deliver high-quality care to all Service Users - Act as a leadership role model for junior members of staff & Health Care Assistants - Adhere to high standards of clinical & non-clinical practice
