Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers supporting System Integrator projects. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and other procurement conditions with vendors. Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery of required materials and services. Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations based on commercial and project requirements. Coordinate inventory requirements and material availability with relevant internal teams. Maintain accurate procurement documentation, supplier records, quotation comparisons, and purchasing information. Follow up closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to support procurement requirements in a fast-paced project environment.
