Housekeeping Runner

Job Description Deliver clean linen, towels, robes, and amenities to guest floors in a timely manner. Replenish housekeeping pantries according to par stock levels. Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with required supplies and amenities. Remove soiled linen, trash, and recycling from service areas and guest floors. Coordinate with Laundry to ensure continuous linen availability. Assist Room Attendants during high occupancy or peak periods. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (extra towels, pillows, toiletries, baby cots, etc.). Deliver items within established service time standards (e.g., 10–15 minutes). Greet guests professionally and maintain a polite, well-groomed appearance. Respect guest privacy and follow Do Not Disturb (DND) policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house corridors and storage areas. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards immediately. Adhere to chemical handling guidelines and safety data sheet (SDS) standards. Comply with fire, life, and safety regulations. Participate in regular safety training sessions. Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
