This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to lead one of Jersey’s most established and respected wills and probate practices • You will be responsible for a varied caseload, principally encompassing complex wills drafting and estate planning, including advice upon lasting powers of attorney, administration of estates, management of delegations and advising the firm’s clients on all related matters of Jersey law • Supervision: You will also manage a team of five individuals (a combination of lawyers and legal assistants), who will undertake their own caseloads under your supervision
