Head Barista

Job Description

Lead and supervise the barista team during daily shifts. Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty beverages. Train new and existing staff on coffee techniques, recipes, service standards, and equipment care. Maintain quality control across all drink preparations and customer interactions. Manage workflow behind the bar to ensure efficiency during peak hours. Calibrate espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal extraction and flavor. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Support Outlet manager with scheduling, performance feedback, and operational decisions. Handle customer issues or complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
