Front of House Supervisor

At The Bear, hospitality is about creating a warm welcome, taking pride in the details and making every guest feel genuinely looked after. We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading by example, loves working with people and can confidently support the team through a busy service. Previous hospitality experience is essential, ideally with experience in a supervisory or senior FOH position. As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll be an important link between the FOH team and management. We expect you to lead from the front, maintain a positive attitude and help create the calm, confident and professional environment that our guests should always experience. You'll be someone the team can rely on during service — happy to step in wherever needed, support your colleagues and make sure standards don't slip when things get busy.
