Front of House Member

Key Responsibilities

-Deliver warm, friendly and professional service to our guests

-Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently

-Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant

-Prepare and set tables before, during and after service

-Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure smooth service

-Provide knowledgeable and attentive service while responding to guest requests

-Support the team during busy periods and maintain a positive working environment

What We're Looking For

-Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

-Waiting experience would be an advantage

-Excellent communication and guest-facing skills

-Friendly, positive and professional attitude

-Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

-Good attention to detail

-A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
